Eligibility | University of Hawaii

  • Admission to an approved Master’s degree at an approved academic institution
  • The applicant for a Master should have a Bachelor degree and for a PhD, degree applicant must have a Master degree diploma with a superior academic record
  • Tow years of work experience
  • The applicant with proficient in oral and written English communication skills
  • At the time of application be under the age of 35. In exceptional cases, the age limit is 45 years for programs that are suitable for senior officials and managers.
