Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish an accreditation committee and support the relevant committee;
  • Develop action plans, implement the product of regular reporting of employees under the influence of performance (Feedback)
  • Preparation and arrangement of related procedures and guidelines to ensure effectiveness in affairs;
  • Draft system and strategy of the Council of Midwives and Nurses for accreditation of midwifery and nursing programs;
  • Drafting checklists, criteria, and guidelines for the accreditation system for mediocre education and training using national and international sources and sources;
  • In coordination with the relevant committee, submit the relevant documents No. 4 and 5 to the board of the Council of Midwives and nurse;
  • Ensure consultation with stakeholders in accordance with international standards for the development of standards and the implementation of the accreditation process;
  • Liaise with national, regional and international accreditation bodies to increase effectiveness and improve affairs;
  • In coordination with the relevant committee, ensure that the accreditation process is carried out in accordance with the applicable procedure;
  • Collaborate with the Ministry of Higher Education in creating reform plans for capable and uneducated educational institutions;
  • Cooperation in the development of legislative documents; Policies and procedures related to the education of midwives and nurses;
  • Supervise the proper implementation of the activities of our employees and follow up on problems and possible violations and refer them to the competent authorities;
  • Collaboration in launching related research and studies;
  • Provide continuous communication with the leadership level in order to receive and exchange the necessary information in carrying out the assigned missions;
  • Conducting staff meetings and other meetings as needed to further coordinate and resolve relevant staff problems;
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, annual and when necessary reports for the leadership of the department and relevant authorities;
  • Continuous improvement of the professional capacities of the relevant personnel in coordination with the human resources department

 

Job Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a degree is preferred by those with a higher degree or master’s degree in nursing management.
  • At least two years of work experience in technical and accreditation departments.
  • Proven ability in the field of managing education and training programs
  • High power of understanding and having the ability to communicate with national and international technical partners
  • Ability to participate in the accreditation evaluations of nursing programs and capabilities
  • Significant knowledge of English and the official languages of the country
  • Having a history of honest performances, good personality, and commitment in performances.
