Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and arrange monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans in accordance with the general plan to achieve the goals
  • Arranging the table for stabilizing the needs of the relevant department and sending it to the Procurement Department
  • Supervising the compliance of the system and methods of the purchased bells with the form (M3) of the transfer of the goods in order to harmonize and correct it
  • Arranging the proposal to appoint the purchasing board and the inspection board on a quarterly basis in order to ensure transparency
  • Preparation and distribution of bids for contracts for goods, services, and construction in accordance with the law and regulations
  • Arranging volunteer meetings for the procurement of goods, services, construction, tableware, etc. Necessary for the purpose of timely procurement with the cooperation of our principal
  • Adjusting the administration and management of affected employees
  • Submitting monthly, quarterly, annual, and when necessary reports from the relevant department to achieve the goals
  • The performance of other duties related to the duties is entrusted to him/her under the direct direction

Job Requirement:

  • Have at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields: Economics, Administration and Commerce, Administration and Management, Financial Management, Public Administration, Accounting Management, Procurement, Service Supply Management, Logistics, Administration and Management, General Management and higher education in the fields The above should be preferred
  • One year of work-related work experience
  • Fluency in one of the official languages of the country (Pashto / Dari) and familiarity with English
  • Computer skills in task-related applications
