For participants from developed countries, a small number of fellowships will be accepted, which will finance travel and life but it belongs to what sum the government will support. Rules
- Selected candidates will be invited to attend plenary meetings of the Committee on International Law and the lectures approved by the committee members.
- The candidates will engage in discussions following the lectures and then write short reports.
- English, Spanish, and French are the languages of service. At least two languages must be skilled in the applicant, as understanding in each session is not possible.
